Since 2003, the "Immobilienweisen - expert panel", founded in autumn 2002, has been making the real estate markets more transparent through its spring forecasts. Over the past 20 years, the spring report has developed into a proven compendium of data for the real estate industry, politics, science and the general public and is published by the ZIA. KENSTONE Real Estate Valuers is for the first time supporter and co-sponsor of the spring report in 2025.

KENSTONE is part of the European Valuers Alliance (EVA). A few days ago, EVA published her new European real estate market report. The report is published quarterly.

MIPIM is the most important real estate event in Europe that gathers the most influential players from all areas of the international real estate industry and takes place from March 12-15, 2024, in Cannes. KENSTONE Real Estate Valuers and EVA, the European Alliance for Property Valuation, are in Cannes with personal contacts for their national and international clients.
