KENSTONE is part of the European Valuers Alliance (EVA). A few days ago, EVA published her new European real estate market report. The report is published quarterly.
The European Valuers Alliance is a Europe-wide network of real estate valuation specialists. Through this network, we offer our clients the expertise of leading local experts in each European core market. EVA currently comprises 13 valuation companies at around 40 office locations with about 750 employees. The assessment expertise covers 17 countries in Europe. This means that perhaps the largest number of specialists on the continent are available to our customers.
